Connecting Ozon to SmartSklad

Connect your Ozon seller account using secure OAuth authorization. After access is confirmed, SmartSklad receives a technical token and synchronizes only the permitted data required for the inventory matrix, catalog and analytics.

Product articles, SKUs, barcodes and identifiers are used to match Ozon items with the SmartSklad internal catalog.

Inventory data is used to build the inventory matrix, display FBS warehouses and monitor available quantities.

Analytics

Reporting data

Available reporting metrics are used only for analytics features included in the user’s current plan.

Synchronization statuses

Technical statuses help determine the connection status, the last update time and the possible cause of an error.

Permissions

Ozon permissions used

Permissions are limited to catalog, inventory data and analytics available to the user.

SmartSklad does not use the Ozon connection for actions unrelated to the features that the user launches or uses in their workspace.

How to connect Ozon

Connection is started from the existing “Marketplaces” section inside SmartSklad.

  1. Sign in to SmartSklad Use your work account.
  2. Open Marketplaces Go to the section for connecting external accounts.
  3. Select Ozon Open the Ozon integration card.
  4. Start OAuth Click “Connect via Ozon”.
  5. Confirm access Review the permissions in your Ozon account.
  6. Wait for synchronization SmartSklad will load the permitted data and build a snapshot.

Security

How the connection is protected

  • Authorization starts only from the SmartSklad workspace.
  • The user confirms access directly on the Ozon side.
  • The technical token belongs to a specific workspace.
  • Data from different workspaces is processed in isolation.
  • Access can be revoked in SmartSklad or on the Ozon side.

Disconnection

How to disconnect the integration

User actions

  1. Log in to SmartSklad.
  2. Open the “Marketplaces” section.
  3. Select the connected Ozon account.
  4. Click “Disconnect Ozon”.
  5. Confirm the action.

What happens after disconnecting

  • the integration account will be deactivated;
  • automatic synchronization will stop;
  • saved OAuth credentials will be cleared;
  • the technical token will be deleted from SmartSklad;
  • previously received data will be retained according to the service terms.
The user can also revoke the granted permission separately directly in the Ozon account.
